Nature inspires us, guides our choices and our distillation schedule. Winter and spring are the seasons for distilling citrus fruits from the best orchards in Murcia and Andalusia (lemons, oranges, mandarins, kumquats, etc.). Summer is the season for cherries and raspberries. And in the fall, pears, apples, plums, and other mirabelles arrive at the distillery.
Fruits are at the heart of all our creations. Always of superior quality, fresh and untreated, they are carefully selected from the finest terroirs and respected, enhanced and refined by our Master Distillers.

On site, explore our boutique and discover a complete selection of products made by the Distillery, as well as some products from the Brasserie des Légendes. It is open during the same hours as the restaurant.
